I have discovered that there is a small lump located under my left breast today. I detected it while conducting my monthly self-exam.Needless to say, I will be on the phone Monday setting up an appointment to see my doctor ASAP. It has been awhile since I have written about conducting a self-Breast Examination. Even though I do so every month. I had other real time obligations for this cause that were equally important.
